FotkyNaTorty.sk is committed to strictly adhere to environmental protection regulations and laws. All our waste is carefully sorted for recycling to minimize our impact on nature.

We only use certified materials intended for food contact. Our packaging and shipping materials are fully recyclable, and some are made from recycled materials.

All materials meet the stringent standards set by the European Union for food contact:

- Regulation (EC) No. of the European Parliament and Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

- Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006 of December 22, 2006, on good manufacturing practices for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

- Commission Regulation (EC) No. 10/2011 of January 14, 2011 (latest amendment on February 5, 2015) concerning plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
